Welcome to Stocker ERP. These Registration Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the creation and use of accounts on the Stocker ERP platform. By registering for an account, accessing, or using Stocker ERP services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account with Stocker ERP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and all applicable policies related to the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the platform.
2. Eligibility
To register for a Stocker ERP account, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Have the legal authority to enter into agreements;
- Provide accurate and complete registration information;
- Use the platform for lawful business purposes only.
Businesses registering on behalf of a company confirm that they are authorized representatives of the organization.
3. Account Registration
Users are required to provide accurate information during registration, including but not limited to:
- Full Name
- Business Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Business Address
- Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Stocker ERP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false, misleading, or incomplete information.
4. Subscription and Billing
Some features of Stocker ERP may require paid subscriptions.
By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree that:
- Subscription fees are billed based on the selected plan;
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law;
- Failure to renew subscriptions may result in restricted access to premium features;
- Prices may change with prior notice to users.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities;
- Attempt unauthorized access to servers or databases;
- Upload malicious software or harmful code;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
- Resell, duplicate, or exploit the platform without written permission.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
6. Data and Privacy
Stocker ERP respects user privacy and business data confidentiality.
By using the platform, you agree that:
- Your data may be stored securely on our servers;
- We may collect usage analytics to improve our services;
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical business data;
- We will not sell your private business information to third parties.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, Stocker ERP does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform.
We may temporarily suspend services for:
- Maintenance;
- Security updates;
- System upgrades;
- Technical issues beyond our control.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Stocker ERP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms;
- Engage in suspicious or fraudulent activities;
- Abuse the platform or its services;
- Fail to pay subscription fees where applicable.
Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.
10. Limitation of Liability
Stocker ERP shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of profits or business interruption;
- Data loss caused by user negligence;
- Unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords or shared accounts;
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from platform usage.
Users utilize the platform at their own risk.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
